We finished language arts testing for the week and will begin math on Tuesday. Thanks to Ryan's mom once more for maintaining consistency for everyone. :)

Homework was sent home a day early, because it is customized to specific children each week. I will be at a leadership conference in Los Al all day tomorrow, so it was easier to make it and send it home a day early than to explain it to a sub for tomorrow. :) Again, it is known that many classes do not send homework home during testing week. Therefore, it is optional. It is sent home to maintain consistency for everyone in the class while some friends are not testing.

If anyone goes to the Rocket Launch at Boeing on Saturday, we'd love to see photos! If it was possible, then I would be there as well. I will be at the second annual TEDxStanford all day Saturday. It was the best I attended last year, so hopefully it will provide some new ideas and connections for our class.
